New Users
Access to Plant applications can be requested by emailing Epicor's Informance EMI Support team.
Within your email to support, remember the following:
- Approval is granted by plant and requires approval of the Informance owner / lead from that plant. To save time copy (cc) that person on your request.
- Enter the following as the email subject: "Access Request - Diageo Plant Applications"
- In the body of the email, specify the Diageo plant you want access to and a password (8 characters min.) for your account. NOTE: [First Name].[Last Name] is the standard format for a username.
- Only requests from @diageo.com email addresses will be actioned. Outside contractors or partners must have a Diageo employee request the username on their behalf.
Administrative access / Promotion
Standard users have access to Plant Reporting, Scorecard and the iPad Microsite. Access to system administration requires promotion and can be requested by emailing Epicor's Informance EMI Support team.
Within your email to support, remember the following:
- Promotion to administrator requires approval from the Diageo corporate lead for the region. To save time copy (cc) that person on your request.
- Enter the following as the email subject: "Access Request - Diageo System Administration"
- If you are a new user, specify the Diageo plant you want access to and a password (8 characters min.) for your account. NOTE: [First Name].[Last Name] is the standard format for a username.
- Only requests from @diageo.com email addresses will be actioned. Outside contractors or partners must have a Diageo employee request the username on their behalf.
Forgot password
Passwords can be reset by emailing Epicor's Informance EMI Support team.
Within your email to support, remember the following:
- Enter the following as the email subject: "Forgot Password - Diageo Plant Applications"
- If your username cannot be located or your account has been deactivated, support will notify you of that fact and you will need to initiate a new user request.
